PLOT

Kurogane Taito is a freshman in Miyasaka High. After an injury in his leg(snapped tendon) that prevented him from practicing karate, which he excelled in since elementary school, he had always believed that he was an ordinary, regular guy. However, due to a forgotten promise exchanged with a beautiful Vampire (Most Ancient Sorcerer) Saitohimea nine years ago, he was in fact no longer ordinary. Nine years ago, he was injected with Saitohimea's poison, which prevented him from dying as long as he didn't die seven times within fifteen minutes. Shortly after his change, A boy named Kurenai Hinata attacked them with a demon and killed Taito six times. In order to prevent Taito from dying, Saitohimea agreed to leave with Hinata and have Taito's memory wiped. As a result, Saitohimea was experimented on and imprisoned within a world with no sound or light whatsoever, and Taito continued with his life as a normal human until his freshman year in high school.
Taito was constantly having the same dream of his memory with Saitohimea, although he was unable to remember her name. After saving Andou Mirai from being hit by a truck, of which the driver was asleep, he himself was killed instead. Due to his conditional immortality, he survived, but horribly injured and decapitated. After his body picked up his head, it was reattached to his neck, he began to recall Saitohimea and after some difficulty remembered her name, which allowed Saitohimea to regain her powers and escape from her prison. By this point, Taito had realized that his body had already healed, and his previous leg injury was also healed. He was attacked by the Church but was able to survive, and made his way towards the playground where he and Saitohimea met, and was reunited with Saitohimea.
Shortly after their reunion, they were attacked by Kurenai Gekkou and Andou Mirai, of which Saitohimea mistook Gekkou for his twin brother Hinata. After his identity was corrected, they began to fight, of which during the fight, Saitohimea gave Taito Martyr's flame, which only he could use as the flame would kill the caster upon use. Although he attempted to use it to defeat Gekkou, it was negated by his sword, allowing him to only be able to use traditional hand to hand combat with Gekkou.
Along with unlikely allies, Kurenai Gekkou, Miyasaka High's student council president and a genius bent on avenging his parents. As well as Andou Mirai, a cute lightning demon and familiar of Gekkou, they have to contend against Gekkou's younger twin brother, Kurenai Hinata, who seeks to resurrect the powerful Vampire (Most Ancient Sorcerer) Bahlskra. Unknown to them, their destinies were already woven and foretold in an ancient prophecy of epic proportions.
